Biofire Referral Program

The following terms apply to referral rewards earned in the Biofire Referral Program conducted by Biofire Hermes Inc. ("Biofire").

Referral rewards are estimated to be available in Q4 of 2023. All referral rewards are subject to availability.

You may refer another person to reserve a Biofire Smart Gun on the Biofire website (the "Referral Program"), and if such referred person completes a reservation for a Biofire Smart Gun you will receive credit for one "Referral.” If Biofire reasonably determines that any of your Referrals are fraudulent, Biofire may choose not to count such Referrals toward the Referral Program. The Referral Program is further limited by the following: 

• Referral credit will be removed in the event that a Referral cancels their reservation for a Biofire Smart Gun.
• You must have a current reservation at the time of fulfillment to be eligible to participate in the Referral Program and receive rewards.
• The “Refer 20 People” reward is subject to a cap of $700 in value for local shooting range or gun club membership and is a one-time credit (e.g.,it does not renew or repeat).

The Referral Program is only available to individuals who are 21 years or older that can legally purchase a handgun in their location of residence and lives in one of the 50 states of the USA, Washington DC, and US Territories. Employees of Biofire, or its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Referral Program. The Referral Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
